PuTTY is an application that allows connect to a remote server via SSH Protocol (secure) emulating a terminal and execute commands. It is ideal for administrators to an emergency case to connect to your server from anywhere with your mobile.

To connect to a server you must enter the host and port and then ask for the username and password.

PuTTY works Symbian S60 (Third edition) in phones like the Nokia E61, N80, E90, N95, N82 and many more. The official version does not support the 5 th edition touchscreen phones like the Nokia 5800 but since the Official site recommend an alternative.

PuTTY 1.5.2 is the latest version of this SSH client which can be downloaded free.
